It can be difficult keeping track of the various comings and goings in the games industry, which is why we compile them in semi-regular round-ups.

If you have new appointments and transitions in your company that belong here, please send the names of the appointees, new roles and company, prior role and company to newhires@gamesindustry.biz.

    Katerina Dudinskaya | CEO, Goodville

Mobile game developer and publisher Goodville has promoted its CMO Katerina Dudinskaya to CEO.

Dudinskaya will be replacing Goodville co-founder Alexey Meleshkevich from May 1, 2025, who will be stepping away from day-to-day operations to focus on “strategic oversight and long-term vision” as CPO.

“From the beginning, Goodville was about building something meaningful,” Meleshkevich said. “I’m proud of everything we’ve achieved so far, and I’m confident Katerina will take it even further with their vision and energy.”

Dudinskaya will lead a fully remote team of over 80 employees, and will focus on product innovation, strategic partnerships, and expanding Goodville’s team across product, design, and live ops.

“Goodville isn’t just a game, it’s a platform that helps people feel better every day,” said Dudinskaya. “I’m honoured to lead a team so passionate about purpose-driven innovation, and I believe we’re just getting started.”

Prior to joining Goodville, Dudinskaya worked at Gismart for two years climbing the ladder from marketing executive to VP of performance marketing. She was also part of the marketing and growth team at Easybrain.
