COMPUTEX 2025: New Acer Swift Edge 14 AI and Swift Go series laptops gets Intel Core Ultra 200V series chips

Acer has unveiled updates to the family of Swift thin-and-light Copilot+ PCs – the Swift Edge 14 AI and Swift Go AI Series – now powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra 200V Series processors with integrated Neural Processing Units (NPU). Featuring premium, portable designs, the new laptops include the technology and features needed for creativity and productivity, along with up to OLED displays to present standout color accuracy and details.

The new Swift Copilot+ PCs boast NPUs that perform over 40 TOPS and are equipped to run the most demanding AI workloads. They offer exclusive AI experiences such as Recall (preview), Click to Do (preview), improved Windows search, Cocreator, Live Captions, and Windows Studio Effects. In addition, they feature a dedicated Copilot key to launch Copilot in Windows 11 with a single touch.

The Acer Swift Edge 14 AI (SFE14-51/T) Copilot+ PC delivers superb power in an ultra-lightweight design, weighing only 0.99 kg. It features a 14-inch 3K OLED display with edge-to-edge glass and cinema-grade visuals thanks to 100% DCI-P3 color gamut support and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 600 certification. It is also the world’s first laptop to incorporate Corning Gorilla Matte Pro surface treatment, tested to reduce screen reflection by 95% compared to other anti-glare surfaces, enhancing contrast ratio, image depth, and color sharpness for improved outdoor viewability.

Powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 processor 288V, the Swift Edge 14 AI handles applications like image processing, text interpretation, and noise reduction with ease. In addition to the NPU, it features a built-in Intel Arc GPU for enhanced visual upscaling and faster generative AI performance. The fingerprint reader lights up to confirm biometric login, while a unique AI Activity Indicator on the touchpad illuminates when the NPU is in use or Copilot is active.

With up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and up to 1 TB PCIe Gen 4 storage, the device runs smoothly and efficiently. It offers up to 21 hours of battery life for all-day productivity and entertainment.

Its premium chassis, made from magnesium-aluminum alloy, provides enhanced durability. The modern design features a dual arrow pattern and a soft-touch keyboard with UV-cured coating for a velvety, wear-resistant feel. It includes dual Thunderbolt 4 and USB Type-A ports and meets Military Grade (MIL-STD 810H) durability standards for daily use.

The Swift Go 16 AI (SFG16-74/T) and Swift Go 14 AI (SFG14-75/T) are powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 7 processors 258V with Intel Arc graphics, up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory, and up to 2 TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. These laptops offer strong performance for productivity, creativity, and entertainment, with up to 16 hours of battery life.

Slim and lightweight, they feature the Acer Multi-Control Touchpad, which enables media and conferencing controls directly on the touchpad. Acer MyKey allows users to open preset applications with a single click. The Swift Go 16 AI comes with up to a 16-inch 2K OLED display (2048×1280), while the Swift Go 14 AI features a 14-inch WUXGA OLED panel (1920×1200). Both are VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500-certified and Eyesafe 2.0-certified.

All models include 1080p FHD IR webcams with Windows Hello facial recognition and Acer User Sensing technology, which locks and wakes the screen based on user presence. Acer PurifiedVoice 2.0 with a triple-microphone array minimizes background noise during calls. Additional AI features include Acer Assist, an offline AI-powered knowledge base, and the latest connectivity with HDMI 2.1, USB-C, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. DTS:X Ultra delivers immersive audio.

Continuing Acer’s Earthion initiative, the new Swift laptops use post-consumer recycled plastic, 100% recycled packaging, and are EPEAT Gold-registered.

The Acer Swift Edge 14 AI will be available in EMEA in June starting at EUR 1,599 and in Australia in Q2 starting at AUD 3,999. The Swift Go 16 AI will be available in EMEA in August starting at EUR 1,299 and in Australia in Q3 starting at AUD 1,999. The Swift Go 14 AI will be available in EMEA in July starting at EUR 1,199 and in Australia in Q3 starting at AUD 1,799.
