Chery Malaysia has officially launched the all-new TIGGO CROSS, a bold and stylish compact SUV that blends contemporary design with intelligent technology. Aimed at modern, on-the-move Malaysians, the TIGGO CROSS is built to elevate everyday experiences — from city commutes to weekend getaways.

The TIGGO CROSS is offered in two variants — a 1.5L Turbocharged Petrol and a 1.5L Hybrid (CSH). The petrol model delivers 147PS and 210Nm of torque with a 6-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission (DCT), offering a commendable 6.3L/100km fuel economy.

The hybrid version pairs a 96PS petrol engine with an electric motor producing up to 204PS and 310Nm of torque, achieving 5.4L/100km combined fuel consumption. With a 51-litre fuel tank and impressive mileage, the TIGGO CROSS is built for both urban commutes and long road trips, offering an estimated range of up to 1,000KM in hybrid form.

Inside, the TIGGO CROSS features dual-zone climate control with a touchscreen panel for precise comfort adjustments. The 20.5-inch infotainment display integrates seamlessly with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while a Voice Assistant handles commands such as temperature control, calls, and music selection. The SUV also supports wireless phone charging, steering wheel audio controls, multiple USB ports, and Bluetooth connectivity. The TIGGO CROSS Hybrid features Chery’s advanced CSH system with five intelligent drive modes: EV Mode for all-electric driving, Tandem Mode where the engine acts as a generator, Parallel Mode where the engine and motor work together, Direct Engine Mode for highway speeds, and Energy Recovery Mode using regenerative braking. This system ensures a smooth, powerful, and efficient drive, with advanced battery technology providing long-term durability and safety.

The TIGGO CROSS 1.5 Turbo is available in Carbon Black, Phantom Grey, Khaki White, and Blood Stone Red, priced at RM88,800 (West Malaysia), with a 7-year/150,000KM warranty and a 2-year free service package for the first 2,000 customers before 30 September 2025.

The TIGGO CROSS 1.5 Hybrid CSH comes in Carbon Black, Phantom Grey, Khaki White, and Moonlight Silver, priced at RM99,800 (West Malaysia), with the same base warranty plus 8 years/160,000KM coverage on the battery, power motor, and hybrid control unit, along with 2 years of all-inclusive free service for early bird buyers.
