The compact system is aimed at users who need maximum performance for gaming, creative workloads, and AI applications in the smallest of spaces. The heart of the mini PC is the new AMD Ryzen AI Max+ 395 from the Strix Halo series. In combination with the Radeon 8060S, the processor delivers graphics performance that is on a par with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 laptop in many benchmarks. Thanks to 128 GB LPDDR5X RAM, the Bosgame M5 also offers enormous reserves. Particularly interesting: The powerful iGPU can be assigned up to 96 GB of memory, which is a significant advantage for locally executed AI models.

In the test, the Bosgame M5 shows that it can not only call up high performance for short periods. In performance mode, the SoC works with up to 140 watts and keeps performance stable at around 120 watts over a longer period of time. Extremely negative, like the HP Z2 Mini G1a however, the Bosgame M5 has not made any extremely negative appearances under load.
