    September Savers game sale slashes prices on Steam Deck games, many under $5 – NotebookCheck.net News

    Fanatical is holding a game sale event called September Savers, which has discounted a lot of games that are being offered on the platform. Among them, many titles with Steam Deck compatibility are sitting under the $5 mark.

    There’s a sitewide game sale happening on Fanatical, which is a part of an event called September Savers. It has discounted multiple top-rated games, and there are many titles with Steam Deck compatibility at a discounted price of under $5. Here are some of the highlights:

    • Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel – worth $39.99, this FPS game with the Steam Deck Playable rating is currently down to $3.99. It features a 78% positive rating and was released in 2014.
    • Metro 2033 Redux – released in 2014, it’s an FPS survival game that’s set in a post-apocalyptic world. The title is categorized as Steam Deck Verified, has a 91% player positive rating, and is down from $19.99 to $1.99 on Fanatical.
    • Metro: Last Light Redux – also released in 2014, this entry expands the story of the series and offers a better understanding of the world it’s set in. This Steam Deck Verified game is worth $19.99 but is currently down to $1.99.
    • RoboCop: Rogue City – a FPS game that features the original storyline based on the RoboCop films. It features the Steam Deck Playable rating and generally goes for $49.99, but is down to $4.24 on Fanatical.
    • Tomb Raider GOTY Edition – an action story-rich game bundle that comes with all the 21 DLCs. It’s rated as Steam Deck Verified, has a 94% positive player rating, and is currently down from $19.80 to $2.97.
    • Quake II – a critically acclaimed FPS that’s known for its science fiction setting and narrative. It was released in 1997, is tagged as Steam Deck Playable, and is discounted from $9.99 to $3.49.
    • Resident Evil: Revelations – released in 2013, it’s a survival horror game with a Steam Deck Verified compatibility rating. The title has an 80% positive rating and is currently discounted from $19.99 to $4.29.
    • Wolfenstein: The New Order – a well-rated 2014 FPS game that’s set in a Nazi war setting. The title comes with the Steam Deck Verified compatibility rating and is currently available at $4.39, down from $19.99.
    • Fallout: New Vegas – tagged as Steam Deck Playable, this 2010 story-rich RPG game has a 96% positive player rating. It’s currently down from $9.99 to $4.39 on Fanatical.

    These are just some of the well-rated Steam Deck games that are currently available under $5 on the platform. There are many others. It’s also worth noting that Fanatical’s September Savers game sale will end on September 29, 2025.
