    Playing for the Planet and Green Jam 2025 winners include TreesPlease Games, Wooga, and Activision

    ‍ There were 13 winners in the main categories, plus two special awards

    Fifteen developers were honoured at the Playing for the Planet Awards and Green Games Summit last week for “demonstrating excellence in the field of sustainable game development and pro-environmental storytelling.”

    Winners included Activision’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, Wooga’s June’s Journey, and TreesPlease Games’ Longleaf Valley.

    Thirteen games were recognized under the Playing for the Planet and Green Game Jam categories, with an additional two special awards given for Innovation and All in for Nature.
