Best Black Friday USB flash drive deals 2025: Nov 30

    At a glance

    Top USB flash drive picks

    • SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe — $40 for 512GB (25% off on Amazon, was $53)
    • Samsung FIT Plus — $26 for 256GB (28% off on Amazon, was $36)

Black Friday and Cyber Monday season is the best time to score new tech, including flash drives. Even though the actual big day is still ahead of us, I’m already seeing hot Black Friday deals everywhere. And since everyone should have at least one high-performance thumb drive, you should take advantage of these crazy price drops.

Before you do, consider how much storage space you actually need and how much you’re willing to spend. Larger capacity models are more expensive overall but offer better price-per-GB, so you may have to pay up a bit to score the absolute best value. Speed is another consideration; fancier models with USB 3.2 speeds will power past USB 2 and 3.1 options. Finally, think about whether you need USB-A or -C for a connector, as it’s a fairly even mix in flash drives. I show all those specs for our recommendations below.

I’ve gone ahead and hunted down the deals for you. Here are the best Black Friday flash drive sales I’ve found, including the ones I recommend as most worthwhile (but feel free to pick whichever speaks to you). If you want a bit more guidance, check out the FAQ at the end.

Updated November 30, 2025 to reflect the latest deals and prices.

Best Black Friday deals on 64GB to 256GB flash drives

    • Verbatim Store ‘n’ Go Dual, 64GB, USB 3.2 — $11 (15% off on Amazon, was $13)
    • SanDisk Ultra Luxe, 256GB, USB-C, USB 3.2 — $23.98 (27% off on Amazon, was $33)
    • Samsung Type-C Flash Drive, 256GB, USB-C, USB 3.2 — $33 (23% off on Amazon, was $43)
    • SanDisk iXpand Flash Drive Go, 256GB, USB-A, Lightning, USB 3.0 — $58 (20% off on Best Buy, was $72.49)
    • SanDisk Phone Drive, 256GB, USB-C — $60 (20% off on Best Buy, was $75)
    • Samsung FIT Plus, 256GB, USB-A, USB 3.1 — $26 (28% off on Amazon, was $36)
    • Samsung Bar Plus, 256GB, USB-A, USB 3.1 — $29 (33% off on B&H, was $43)

If you don’t need an absolute ton of space, then you can do just fine with a flash drive up to 256GB. I’ve omitted 32GB drives because 64GB models are already pretty affordable and it isn’t worth going smaller.

My top pick: My favorite Black Friday flash drive sale is the SanDisk Ultra Luxe at $24 for 256GB and USB 3.2 speeds. It’s a decent 27% discount proper and one of the best prices I’ve seen for it. With transfers up to 400 MB/s, you’ll be moving files around in no time. Plus, this is a USB-C flash drive so you can use it with more devices.

Best Black Friday deals on 512GB to 2TB flash drives

    • SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe, 512GB, USB-C, USB 3.2 — $40 (25% off on Amazon, was $53)
    • SanDisk Ultra Fit, 512GB, USB-A, USB 3.2 — $40 (20% off on Amazon, was $50)
    • SanDisk Ultra Luxe, 512GB, USB-A, USB 3.2 — $42 (16% off on Amazon, was $50)
    • Samsung USB-C, 512GB, USB 3.2 — $72 (15% off on B&H, was $84)
    • Kingston DataTraveler Max, 1TB, USB-C, USB 3.2 — $105 (12% off on Amazon, was $120)
    • SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go, 1TB, USB-C + USB-A, USB 3.1 — $83 (31% off on Best Buy, was $120)

If you want lots of storage, these are the best deals on flash drives up to 2TB in capacity. While that might seem a bit extreme for everyday folks, it’s nice to have ample space that’ll never run out.

My top pick: If 512GB is enough for you, I’d go for the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Luxe, which has a decent 25% discount and, more importantly, a USB-C connector that supports transfer speeds up to 400 MB/s. If you’d rather get a larger 1TB drive, then the SanDisk Ultra Dual Drive Go is the way to go for its price and dual USB-C/USB-A versatility.

    FAQ

    1.

    When is Black Friday 2025?

Officially, this year’s Black Friday is on Friday, November 28. Unofficially, Black Friday is already here across most retailers, from Amazon to Best Buy, to Walmart, and more. There are so many deals to consider these days, including for some of the best flash drives money can buy. While prices may drop a bit more on Black Friday proper, you’ll have to be super quick to grab the items you’ve been eyeing, so buying ahead of time isn’t a bad move.

    2.

    When is Cyber Monday 2025?

This year, Cyber Monday falls on Monday, December 1st. The best deals kick off at midnight, so you’re going to want to check back at PCWorld to find the best discounts you can get straight away.

    3.

Are Black Friday flash drive deals worth it?

While big retailers offer sales throughout the year, nothing quite matches the jaw-dropping discounts of Black Friday — especially when it comes to USB flash drives. At PCWorld, we’re all about hunting down the top bargains that deliver maximum value for your money. When I spotlight deals, I focus on flash drives that hit their absolute lowest prices of the year.

    4.

How do I know a USB flash drive deal is good during black Friday?

Finding good deals on Black Friday is always difficult, because there are so many options out there. Is the product worth the hype? Is the price drop good now or was the price inflated recently for a fake sale? Well, first of all, you have to go with trusted brands and not just pick whatever’s cheaper because that can end up with you losing your data in the long run. Then, in order to figure out which deals are good, you can always check tools like Keepa or CamelCamelCamel to see the price history. Reviews are also a good source to figure out if a product is worth buying or not.
