This luxury handbag uses an OLED screen to match your outfit

A smart handbag that can change its look instantly

    Peuty

If you have ever wished your handbag could change outfits as often as you do, CES 2026 has something that feels tailor-made for that exact problem.

The Infinity handbag from French brand Peuty looks like a high-end leather purse at first glance, but hidden in plain sight is a high-resolution OLED screen that allows the bag to reinvent itself on demand.

With just one tap, it can transition from understated black to a bold pattern or even a personal image, transforming a fashion accessory into something more expressive.

A luxury bag that can reinvent itself

    Peuty

The bag is made from eco-friendly, certified sustainable leathers and comes in white, black, or beige. There is an OLED display across the front, carefully integrated so it feels like part of the design rather than a slab of tech glued on.

The screen sits under a textured protective layer that feels more like leather than glass when you touch it. The Infinity bag connects to a companion app, where owners can choose from a wide library of colors, patterns, and prints designed to mimic real materials.

    Peuty

You can even upload your own photos and display them on the bag, making each piece completely personal. The display runs for about 6-8 hours on a charge, supports wireless charging, and uses Bluetooth Low Energy to stay connected without draining the battery too quickly.

This is very much a luxury product, and the price reflects that. Entry-level Kickstarter tiers start around $800, while the Atelier Edition climbs past $9,000. Peuty’s pitch is that the physical handbag can last for years, while the digital surface evolves with trends.

If a handbag with an OLED screen feels indulgent, CES 2026 has delivered even stranger blends of lifestyle and tech, including a lollipop that plays music in your head when you bite it. Digital Trends has also rounded up the most interesting gadgets from the show if you want to see what else stood out.

Samsung’s Galaxy Watch and Ring will soon flag early signs of dementia

Samsung’s latest wearable software won’t diagnose dementia, but it might catch early cognitive changes first, giving you and your doctor a valuable head start in tracking brain health.

At the CES 2026, Samsung’s Vice President and Head of Digital Health, Praveen Raja, announced that the company is working on a new set of AI-powered tools to monitor cognitive function and identify the early signs of dementia in users (via official newsroom post).

The feature should be available for the newer Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring models in the near future. It will work by analyzing users’ everyday behavior, including changes in speech patterns (including how someone interacts with the on-device AI assistant), movement, and walking cadence, and even how one uses the smart devices in their house.

Xreal’s latest entry-level AR glasses give you sharper visuals for less

Better resolution, brighter displays, and a $50 price cut make the Xreal 1S hard to ignore.

Xreal is back at CES 2026 with an updated take on its entry-level AR glasses. The new Xreal 1S builds on last year’s Xreal One with a handful of notable upgrades and a $50 price cut.

Although the Xreal 1S looks largely unchanged on the outside, Xreal has bumped the resolution from 1080p to 1200p and increased the brightness from 600 to 700 nits. The field of view (FoV) and aspect ratio have also been upgraded, going from 50-degrees and 16:9 on last year’s model to 52-degrees and 16:10.

Finally, a health band that doesn’t make you do math

Luna Band debuts with real-time AI health coaching and no subscription fees

Luna, a rising name in the health-tech world, has just pulled the curtain back on the Luna Band. This isn’t your typical fitness tracker designed to bury you under a mountain of charts and spreadsheets. Instead, it’s a wearable built for the moment, offering real-time, voice-led coaching that tells you what to do now rather than just showing you what you did yesterday. The device made its first appearance just before CES 2026 and is currently being demoed for the crowds in Las Vegas following its debut at Pepcom.

Most wearables on the market today are great at collecting stats but not so great at explaining what they mean for your day
