LG has kicked off its new Gram laptop series with a slate of 14-inch releases. Previewed during CES 2026 in January, the new Gram 14 is the smallest option in LG’s latest laptop range alongside new 15-inch, 16-inch and 17-inch models.

Not only that, but Gram 14 retains key characteristics of older Gram laptops, such as a high-capacity battery and a lightweight housing. Specifically, all SKUs feature 72 Wh batteries despite weighing just 1.12 kg. Also, LG equips its 312 x 214 x 15.7 mm laptop with PCIe 4.0 storage, LPDDR5X RAM and a 1200p IPS display that combines a 60 Hz refresh rate with 350 nits peak brightness.

LG’s new Gram 14 range starts at JPY 215,820 (~$1,395) with a Ryzen AI 5 435, 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. Alternatively, LG offers the same laptop with Ryzen AI 7 450 variants up to 32 GB RAM and 512 GB of storage for JPY 349,800 (~$2,255).

Please note that this pricing is not indicative of how much the new Gram 14 will cost in other markets. However, LG’s entry-level model is around 10% cheaper than its 2025 and Intel Arrow Lake-based predecessor (curr. $1,149 on Amazon). Both AMD Gorgon Point and Intel Panther Lake-based models should be available globally later this year.
