A Certified Sleep Coach Shares the Sleep Week Deals She’s Adding to Cart (2026)

Welcome to Sleep Week 2026. As a Spencer Institute-certified sleep science coach and professional mattress tester of over six years, this is my Super Bowl.

The National Sleep Foundation has been putting on Sleep Week every year since 1998, starting on daylight saving time. It’s meant to highlight the nonprofit’s research on sleep and renew the public’s focus on just how critical sleep is. This year, it will run from March 8 to 14. World Sleep Day is on Friday, March 13, and March is also Sleep Awareness Month. So as we “spring forward” into a new season (and time change), this week is a fantastic opportunity to take stock of how you’re currently sleeping.

Many sleep brands are offering sales for the event, but I’ve spent the past couple of weeks reaching out to brands to score exclusive coupon codes for WIRED readers on products I or others on the Reviews team have tested, loved, and actively use. It’s time to finally invest in the sleep you’ve been dreaming about. Please note that for all listed deals, prices are for queen size.

You’ll find the best mattress, bedsheets, pillows, and sleep tech deals all below to give you a bit of everything you need. But make sure to check out our guides to learn more about our testing of these products.

    • An enduring team favorite: Helix Midnight Luxe for $1,751 (27 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED27
    • A smart bed that does it all: Bryte Balance Pro for $4,999 ($100 Off With Code, Plus $700 On-Site Promo)—Use Code WIRED-100
    • Best for back pain: Bear Elite Hybrid for $1,456 (40 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED40
    • The mattress I sleep on myself: Nolah Evolution for $1,430 (30 Percent Plus $50 Off)—Use Code WIRED50
    • Another banger for back support: Saatva Classic for $1,779 ($400 Off)
    • If you prefer all-natural: Birch Luxe Natural for $1,916 (27 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED27
    • Incredible sheets and a deal to match: Coyuchi Cloud Soft Organic Sateen Sheet Set, Organic Relaxed Linen Sheet Set, and Cloud Brushed Organic Flannel Sheet Set (20 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED20

    • A viral blanket we love: Lola XL Blanket for $255 (40 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED40

    Best Sleep Week Mattress Sales

    Helix

When we say the Helix Midnight Luxe is the best mattress we’ve come across, we mean it—it’s been the WIRED Reviews team’s best overall pick for eight years running. Several teammates have serious back pain stemming from chronic conditions or injuries, and the Helix Midnight Luxe’s hybrid construction blends together focused lumbar support with softer pressure relief to sink into. For Sleep Week, Helix has a special promo for WIRED readers, offering 27 percent off with code WIRED27 till March 15.

    • Going steady with support: Helix Midnight Luxe for $1,751 (27 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED27

    Bryte

The Bryte Balance Pro appears in many luxury sleep resorts across the country. This smart bed has a hybrid construction outfitted with tech galore, namely specialty Bryte Balancer coils that adjust firmness level or support in specific zones. It’s also a sleep tracker, offers tips on how to sleep better via an AI Sleep concierge in-app, and includes relaxation features like light massage settings. Bryte is offering $700 off any mattress, including the Bryte Balance Pro, till March 18. Use our code WIRED-100 for an additional $100 off!

    • Our favorite smart bed: Bryte Balance Pro for $4,999 ($100 Off With Code, Plus $700 On-Site Promo)—Use Code WIRED-100

The Bear Elite Hybrid comes in three firmness levels, but the firmest option has provided the support our spines have needed without feeling like we’re lying on a brick, thanks to optimal pressure relief. Special for Sleep Week, use code WIRED40 for 40 percent off.

    • Cozy with lumbar support: Bear Elite Hybrid for $1,456 (40 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED40

I’m very nitpicky when it comes to mattresses (I guess I’m in the right job), but when I find a mattress I love, I become insufferable about it. Nolah Evolution is a longtime favorite (it’s what I sleep on myself) with its balanced approach to pressure relief, lumbar support, and temperature regulation. As part of its Sleep Week promo, and because the brand knows how much I love this mattress, Nolah has a special deal just for you: Take 30 percent off sitewide, plus an additional $50 off when you use code WIRED50 through March 16.

    • Noteworthy Nolah: Nolah Evolution for $1,430 (30 Percent Off Plus $50 Off)—Use Code WIRED50

Saatva recently played a big role for Team USA at the Milano Cortina Winter Olympics, and there are many mattresses in its line that we’re fans of. Its Saatva Classic is currently in testing and has shown to have great potential in alleviating back pain. Review coming soon. For Sleep Week, you can take $400 off a mattress order of $1,000, the Saatva Classic included.

    • Classic coils, modern support: Saatva Classic for $1,779 ($400 Off)
    • The mattress that will be at the LA28 Games: Saatva Memory Foam Hybrid for $1,699 ($400 Off)

    Birch

Birch’s Luxe Natural is our favorite organic mattress—a well-rounded option made with natural materials that will help you move with ease between sleeping positions. Plus, it’s not bad for back pain, either. For Sleep Week, it’s running a 27 percent off promo with WIRED27, just for WIRED readers, until March 15.

    • Your best organic bet: Birch Luxe Natural for $1,916 (27 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED27
    • Basic build, solid support, affordable price: Birch Natural for $1,362 (27 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED27

Our favorite hybrid mattress, the Sapira Chill offers softer memory foam layers that provide a cushioning feel at pressure points. The pocketed coils work to improve internal airflow and provide strong support for sensitive spines. Use code WIRED50 for an extra $50 off on top of the 30 percent off sale happening now until March 11. Heads up, this excludes the Leesa Kids and Studio mattresses.

    • A helpful hybrid: Leesa Sapira Chill for $1,719 (30 Percent Off Plus $50 Off)—Use Code WIRED50

    Avocado

Avocado’s all about organic mattresses, offering natural materials backed by extensive certifications to boot. The Avocado Green, in particular, is a great fit if you’re looking to keep things fresh with responsive support while taking an eco-friendly route with your bed. There are three firmness levels, but the base “firm” option gives your spine a boost against back pain. For Sleep Week, use code WIRED50 for an extra $50 off orders over $500. Fine print: You can combine with other redline sale discounts, but it can’t be combined with other codes. Exclusions apply.

    • Keeping it fresh, mattress edition: Avocado Green for $1,949 ($50 Off)—Use Code WIRED50

    Best Sleep Week Sheet Sales

Coyuchi Cloud Soft Organic Sateen Sheet Set

    Photograph: Nena Farrell

Coyuchi is a pick in nearly all of our sheets guides, and makes our favorite organic sheets we’ve tried. The brand offers quality, natural materials, and consistent performance, no matter what type of material you land on. Whether you’re getting through the last of the winter blues and need to swaddle yourself in flannel sheets or are looking ahead to warmer days with all-season linen sheets, this is one brand where you can’t go wrong. Till March 31st, you can take 20 percent off Coyuchi’s Organic Relaxed Linen Sheet Set, Cloud Soft Organic Sateen Sheet Set, or Cloud Brushed Organic Flannel Sheet Set with code WIRED20. Some fine print for you: this discount can’t be applied to sale colorways, taxes, shipping costs, e-gift cards, gift wrapping, Coyuchi + Rejuvenation Rugs and Runners, 2nd Home Renewed products, or non-Coyuchi-branded products.

    • Our favorite organic sheets: Cloud Soft Organic Sateen Queen Sheet Set for $222 ($56 Off)—Use Code WIRED20
    • Cozy and cuddly flannel: Cloud Brushed Organic Queen Flannel Sheet Set for $238 ($60 Off)—Use Code WIRED20
    • Our favorite organic linen sheets: Organic Relaxed Linen Queen Sheet Set for $478 ($120 Off)—Use Code WIRED20

As a gal with sensitive skin, I don’t always love linen, which can feel scratchy. A close friend told me about Piglet in Bed, which specializes in European flax linen bedding, and after testing the duvet cover and pillowcases (review coming soon), I can now consider myself a linen fan. Plus, who can argue with whimsical patterns and colors? Take 20 percent off bedding and inserts for Sleep Month, no code needed.

    • Luxe linen: Piglet in Bed Mix & Match Linen Bundle, Queen Size for $358 (20 Percent Off)

It’s no secret that I am a big fan of Cozy Earth pajamas. The brand’s bamboo viscose sheets are just as breathable and soft, and WIRED editor Kat Merck’s teen is completely obsessed with the trendy faux-fur Cuddle Blanket. I am always watching for Cozy Earth sales to score a deal on some new bamboo sheets, and the opportunity has finally arisen. You can take 20 percent off with code WIRED in honor of Sleep Week. This sale will end on Saturday, March 14, so don’t wait.

    • Soft and silky: Cozy Earth Bamboo Queen Sheet Set for $246 (20 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED
    • My favorite pajamas: Cozy Earth Bamboo Pajama Set for $118 (20 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED
    • The most luxe blanket: Cozy Earth Extra-Weight Cuddle Blanket for $222 (20 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED

We love Ettitude’s Signature Sateen Sheet Set for its uber-soft and breathable feel. It is also backed by many certifications, including Oeko-Tex (showing that no harmful chemicals are present where you lay your head), Eco-Cert, and Change Climate. Till March 15, you can take 25 percent off the entire site, no code necessary.

    • Soft yet breathable sheets: Ettitude Signature Sateen Queen Sheet Set for $269 (25 Percent Off)

    Sijo

Sijo makes some of our favorite eucalyptus sheets, and the brand’s bamboo set, which is currently in testing, is very solid as well. WIRED editor Kat Merck is also a huge fan of Sijo’s duvet covers, which come with eight—yes, eight—anchor points inside, so duvet inserts will stay put no matter how much middle-of-the-night kicking, pulling, or tug-of-war goes on. Everything on the site is 20 percent off through Sunday, March 15, with the discount applied at checkout.

    • Naturally cooling: Sijo AiryWeight Eucalyptus Sheet Set for $94 (20 Percent Off)
    • Better bamboo: Sijo Organic Bamboo Sheet Set for $149 (20 Percent Off)
    • An allergy-friendly comforter: Sijo AiryWeight Eucalyptus Comforter for $200 (20 Percent Off)
    • A bunch-proof duvet cover we love: Sijo LuxeWeave Linen Duvet Cover for $208 (20 Percent Off)

    Best Sleep Week Pillow Deals

As seen on Shark Tank, buying a Pluto pillow involves taking a quiz that combines AI functionality with human craftsmanship to completely customize a pillow to your needs. I reach for my Pluto pillow every night to help with cervical alignment, and it has just the right amount of fluff for me. Pluto is doing a special promo for WIRED readers: Use code WIRED for 20 percent off Pluto’s flagship products, no bundle necessary. Offer is live through Saturday, March 14.

    • Personalized pillows: Pluto Pillow for $111 (20 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED

    Coop Original Adjustable Pillow

    Photograph: Julia Forbes

For those who want a specialized pillow beyond the typical rectangle shape, Coop is what you want. The Cool+ Cut Out Adjustable Pillow is our go-to cooling pillow, with a notch carved out of the bottom for side sleepers to nestle their shoulder into. This is meant to maximize comfort and neck support. If you’re not a side sleeper or don’t need cooling materials, I have the Coop Original Adjustable Pillow, which gives me more wiggle room to switch sleeping positions without disrupting support. Plus, this thing is incredibly soft. Even Taylor Swift seems to think so. Till March 16, you can take 20 percent off the entire site, no code necessary.

    • Soft and spectacularly shaped: Coop Original Adjustable Pillow for $79 (20 Percent Off)
    • Our favorite cooling pillow: Coop Cool+ Cut Out Adjustable Pillow for $127 (20 Percent Off)

    Best Sleep Week Accessory Deals

This is no ordinary alarm clock—but you probably already figured that. We love the soundscapes and storytelling capabilities of the Loftie, which uses AI-powered Magic Story Maker to tailor stories to your tastes. Use code WIRED for 22 percent off, valid until March 14.

    • Guide to Dreamland: Loftie Alarm Clock for $133 (22 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED

    Lola Blankets

Lola Blankets are all the buzz right now. How could a blanket supposedly be that soft? WIRED reviewer Nena Farrell loves that it’s light and soft but still lends some weight to help with sleeping. If you want to see what all the fuss is about, use code WIRED40 for 40 percent off in honor of Sleep Week.

    • Soft but sturdy: Lola XL Blanket for $255 (40 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED40

    Dreamie

Imagine a sound machine, alarm clock, and bedside light all in one cute little device: This is my new bedside companion. A full review is coming soon, but it’s helping me get to bed on time to make sure I’m getting all eight hours by lulling me to sleep with forest sounds. For the entirety of Sleep Week, you can get $25 off with the code SLEEPWELL.

    • Time for bed: Dreamie for $225 ($25 Off)—Use Code SLEEPWELL

    Manta Sleep

In this family, we are all about Manta Sleep masks. My husband uses his Manta Sound every night without fail, and I rely on the Silk Manta mask to block out any light. For WIRED readers, use code WIRED15 for 15 percent off Manta products. Here’s the fine print: The code is just for Sleep Week, one per customer, US only, and can’t be combined with other discounts.

    • Quiet time: Manta Sound Sleep Mask New Generation for $135 (15 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED15
    • I got these for my family for Christmas: Manta Sleep Mask for $33 (15 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED15
    • My personal go-to: Manta Silk Sleep Mask for $64 (15 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED15

    Vio2

If there were ever a time to be curious about mouth tape that’s designed to help you breathe better, that would be now. Vio2’s unscented mouth tapes use an “H pattern” for minimal, yet effective mouth covering. Till March 13, use code WIRED for 15 percent off sitewide.

    • Encourage nasal breathing: Vio2 Unscented Mouth Tapes for $25 (15 Percent Off)—Use Code WIRED
