Casio bringing new square digital display watches to Europe – NotebookCheck.net News
Casio has confirmed that it will release four new digital watches with a square display in Europe. This model has a convertible design and a matte finish resin case. Features of the BGD-KH10 include a precise stopwatch, multiple daily alarms and a countdown timer with a 24-hour range.
The Casio G-Shock BGD-10KH watches are coming to Europe. This Baby-G+Plus model with a square digital display is already available in Japan. Now, it has also been listed at the brand’s online stores in countries like the Netherlands, Spain and Germany, with an RRP of €79.90.
The convertible watch can be worn on your wrist, or you can use the heart-shaped holder to use it as a keychain or a bag charm, and users can also customize its appearance thanks to interchangeable straps. Plus, you could apply stickers or other decorations to further personalize the device.
Each variant has a matte, pastel colored finish: the BGD-10KH-2C is black, the BGD-10KH-2B is purple, the BGD-10KH-4 is pink, and the BGD-10KH-9 is yellow. Each has a resin casing, measuring 42.8 x 39.0 x 14.7 mm (1.69 x 1.54 x 0.58 inches), with a matching strap, waterproof to 10 bar.
Users of the BGD-10KH can choose from 29 world time zones, with a daylight saving time option and your choice of 12 or 24-hour formats. Casio suggests that these watches should remain accurate to within 30 seconds each month. There are features like a stopwatch, a timer, daily alarms and hourly time signals. Plus, an LED display, with a residual glow, should make it easier to read the watch in darker conditions.
Casio has yet to annouce the release date of the G-Shock Baby-G+Plus BGD-10KH watches in Europe, though you can sign up on the product page to be notified of their launch via email. Whether or when these Casio Baby-G+Plus watches could be released in other markets like the US is unclear.
