Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 received the most accolades at the 29th annual DICE Awards last night, including Game of the Year.

Sandfall Interactive won five awards for Clair Obscur, including Role-Playing Game of the Year and Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction, Story, and Game Direction.

Sucker Punch Productions’ Ghost of Yōtei received four awards, including Adventure Game of the Year and Outstanding Achievement in Art Direction and Character. The latter recognised Erika Ishii’s performance as the title character, Atsu.

Kojima Productions took home two awards for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach highlighting its Outstanding Achievement in Audio Design and Technical Achievement. Indie title Blue Prince received Outstanding Achievement for an Independent Game and for Game Design.

Elsewhere, Arc Raiders won Online Game of the Year while Hades 2 was named Action Game of the Year. Former Naughty Dog co-president Evan Wells was inducted into the Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences Hall of Fame.

“The games recognised at this year’s DICE Awards showcase the extraordinary range of talent and creativity that define our industry,” said AIAS president Meggan Scavio.

“It’s inspiring to see how these developers continue to elevate interactive entertainment through innovation, storytelling, and meaningful player experiences.”

The ceremony was held during the 2026 DICE Summit, which included a keynote tribute to the late Respawn co-founder and Call of Duty co-creator Vince Zampella.
