Over the past year, we’ve reported on countless problems with Microsoft’s Outlook apps, and they’re still coming.
This time, it’s about difficulties opening the new Outlook app in Windows, something that has led to annoyance by several users in Microsoft forums.
Fortunately, Windows Latest has a trick that fixes the problem.
What you need to do is launch the Run command using WIN R . Then type %localappdata%Microsoft and press OK or the return key.
The next step is to delete the Olk and OneAuth folders. After that, restart the Outlook app and hopefully everything should work properly again.
An alternative solution is to simply delete the app and run the web version (Outlook.com) in Microsoft Edge instead.
