Recently, iQoo officially confirmed that it will launch the iQoo 15 Ultra as a performance-centric flagship smartphone. The company has not yet revealed any details about the phone’s specifications. However, a reliable tipster, Digital Chat Station on Weibo, has now shared a few key details.

The tipster claims the iQoo 15 Ultra will feature a 6.85-inch Samsung display with a 2K resolution. The device will reportedly feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and the iQoo Q3 gaming chip, the same configuration as the standard iQoo 15.

The tipster also claims that the iQoo 15 Ultra will feature the same 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens as the standard iQoo 15. The Ultra phone is expected to have a battery of around 7,000mAh with 100W fast charging. For reference, the standard iQoo 15 also boasts a 7,000mAh battery.

So far, the leaked specifications of the iQoo 15 Ultra largely mirror those of the standard iQoo 15, though the Ultra is expected to include an active cooling fan and shoulder key buttons. The phone is scheduled to launch before the Spring Festival in China, which begins on February 17. In other news, the company recently released the Z11 Turbo in China, featuring the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, a large 7,600mAh battery, and a 200MP main camera.
