I’ve been monitoring Apple Black Friday deals all month – and the big discounts on AirPods, iPhones, iPads and MacBooks are finally arriving

While early deals have been trickling out since the start of November – including Amazon’s two-week sale – Black Friday is officially here! And with it come some incredibly inviting discounts.

Running from November 28 through Cyber Monday on December 1, Black Friday – and the entire Cyber Weekend – marks the best time of year to shop for those big-ticket items you don’t want to buy at full price. Of course, this includes TVs, phones and coffee machines, but it is also one of the few occasions to spoil yourself with a new iPad, MacBook or iPhone.

    • Want to save more on Apple products? Check out the latest Apple promo codes.

So, whether a new pair of Airpods is one of your top Christmas gift ideas or you’re a student looking to upgrade your study, you can save massively this Black Friday. And, if that’s not exciting enough, we’ve even found deals on the all-new iPhone 17 family and new Apple Watch SE 3.

This guide takes care of all the heavy lifting – comparing retailers and pricing histories to bring you only the best Apple deals. All you need to do is scroll down and choose your favourites.

Black Friday Apple sales: Top retailers

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • Kogan: new and refurbished Apple devices, with extra savings for members
    • Mwave: save on MacBooks, iMacs and more
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online
    • Optus | 30% off SIM plans, 50% off the iPhone 16e and more
    • Vodafone: discounted mobile plans, doubled data and discounted iPhones

    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online
    • Optus | 30% off SIM plans, 50% off the iPhone 16e and more
    • Vodafone: pick up an iPhone outright or on a great plan
iPhone 16 Pro Max review, loving its massive screen, camera control button and fantastic performance. It has been superseded by the 17 Pro Max, but it’s still more smartphone than most users will know what to do with. And this deal makes it AU$500 cheaper than its successor.

iPhone 16 Plus review, it’s an even better pick up. Kogan First members get an extra AU$10 off.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple iPhone 15: was AU$1,099 now AU$999 at Kogan

We’d love to see a bigger saving, but the iPhone 15 is still an excellent handset in 2025. In fact, we think it’s the best budget-friendly iPhone to buy if camera quality is important to you. Kogan First members can get an extra AU$20 off.

better option over the a discounted iPhone 15. Despite its solo camera, it offers incredible battery life and modern features like Apple Intelligence and the Action button.

Save AU$504 on plan fees when you pair an iPhone 17 Pro, iPhone 17 or iPhone Air with an eligible 36-month contract

Offering double data and discounted prices on its phone plans, you can save even more by pairing your new iPhone 17 or iPhone Air with a Vodafone plan. While you won’t save on the devices themselves, AU$14 p/m off your chosen plan over 36 months results in a AU$504 saving. Plus, considering the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s price, a long contract (and smaller repayments) will be attractive to many.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Save AU$754 on plan fees when you pair the iPhone 16e with an eligible 36-month contract

Combing a AU$250 discount on the RRP of the iPhone 16e itself with the plan deal above, you can save a whopping AU$754 all up. This is thanks to a Black Friday deal that cuts AU$14 p/m off plan fees over 36 months – adding up to AU$504.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Get the iPhone 16e at half price when connected an eligible plan over 24 or 36 months – just AU$499

The iPhone 16e is the best budget iPhone that you can buy and that’s at its regular AU$999 price tag – so snagging it at 50% off is one helluva deal. You’ll have to pair it with an Optus SIM over 24 or 36 months, but considering you can get 50GB for just AU$38.50 p/m (or 200GB for AU$45.50 p/m) on the first 12 months for Black Friday, that hardly diminishes this deal.

    Apple iPad deals

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online

Apple iPad (A16; 2025): was AU$599 now AU$487 at Amazon

As one of our top Apple devices to watch before Black Friday, this excellent iPad can cover both casual and high-powered tasks at this price. Its improved A16 chip offers fast performance and its 11-inch display is plenty big enough for entertainment and work. However, it does not offer Apple Intelligence functionality. Only available in the blue colourway.

iPad mini (2024) review was its price, and this deal more than takes care of that.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple iPad mini (A17 Pro): was AU$899 now AU$697 at Amazon

Need something with a little more power? Maybe you just want a smaller device. 2024’s iPad mini offers both. Its A17 Pro chip provides enough power to handle Apple Intelligence, all within a compact 8.3-inch device. Plus, at this price, it’s only AU$100 more expensive than the retail price of the model above. The biggest complaint in our iPad mini (2024) review was its price, and this deal more than takes care of that.

11-inch iPad Air with M3 review.

    Apple Mac deals

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • Mwave: save on MacBooks, iMacs and more
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online
MacBook Air (M4) review, we said it was “the best ultraportable” with a new price that makes it “even more appealing”. Its M4 chip delivers top-notch performance, and it features the same (excellent) design and all-day battery life as the previous model. We don’t tend to see much in the way of Apple discounts, so this 18% off the latest model is a great deal.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple M4 Mac mini review, our tester loved the power and value provided by its tiny build. That said, a AU$72 discount isn’t anything to sneeze at.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

    Apple Watch deals

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online
Apple Watch SE 3 review, applauding its speedy performance and classically-modern looks. Sitting comfortably within our guide to the best Apple Watch, it matches the Series 11 and Ultra 3 in speed, has a solid battery life and compact design without feeling like a budget offering.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple Watch Series 11 review, they were almost relieved to have “a mainline Apple Watch that can go the distance”. We loved its bigger battery, more durable display and new watchOS 26 that adds handy health features like Sleep Score.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

    Apple AirPods deals

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online

Apple AirPods 4: was AU$219 now AU$178 at Amazon

While they dropped to just AU$166 in July, this deal is cheaper than what we saw during the most recent Prime Day sale. They offer excellent spatial audio and dynamic head tracking to go with their stellar sound. Incredibly comfortable, they’re exactly what any iPhone user is after.

Apple AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation review. In fact, we think they’re “the best open-ear buds for iPhone”.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple AirPods Max review. More than a year on, nothing has changed. They offer unbelievable audio, a fantastically smooth user experience and great noise cancelling. They’re still more expensive than competitors like the Sony WH-1000XM6, but there are some cool extra features for iOS.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple AirPods Max: was AU$999 now AU$778 at Amazon

Our tester called them “the perfect headphones for Apple devotees” in our Apple AirPods Max review. More than a year on, nothing has changed. They offer unbelievable audio, a fantastically smooth user experience and great noise cancelling. They’re still more expensive than competitors like the Sony WH-1000XM6, but there are some cool extra features for iOS.

    More Apple tech

    • Amazon: small savings on most Apple products and up to AU$800 in trade-in
    • Apple: get a gift card worth up to AU$400 on eligible purchases
    • JB Hi-Fi: all Apple products, and up to AU$1,125 in trade-in value
    • Kogan: new and refurbished Apple devices, with extra savings for members
    • The Good Guys: shop Apple products online

Apple TV 4K: was AU$219 now AU$208 at Amazon

A 5% discount isn’t usually one we’d sing about, but this is about the best we expect to see on the Apple TV 4K. It’s easily the best streaming device on the market. While it’s small, it offers HDR10+ and the company’s A15 Bionic chip for snappy menu navigation and game-play in Apple Arcade.

singular pack is also down from AU$49 to just AU$40.

    ” data-widget-type=”deal” data-render-type=”editorial”>

Apple Pencil: was AU$139 now AU$117 at Amazon

Taking advantage of the M3 iPad Air or iPad mini deals above, or holding out for something better? Whatever the case, you’ll want to pair it with this Apple Pencil. It opens up a world of possibilities – from easy sketching and art, to note taking and just easier scrolling depending on your position. While Android tablets tablets often include a stylus, that’s not the case here, but we think it’s a worthy purchase at this price.
