Many buyers also say it has good sound quality, even without a sound bar, but some complained that connecting streaming devices was difficult and that the TV kept bumping them back to the LG interface. One of the most common complaints is the remote, which users find irritating and erratic. The user interface also gets some complaints, with some calling it complicated and frustrating.
