The rest of the highlights include an IP698/69 water resistance rating, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an infrared sensor, Bluetooth 4.2, dual-band WiFi, and SGS Gold Label 5-star certification for durability. A 7,200 mAh battery powers the entire unit and supports 44 W wired charging (Anker Nano 45 W charger curr. at $19.99 on Amazon).

Available in phoenix gold, obsidian black, and galaxy silver colorways, the Vivo Y500i starts at CNY 1,499 (~$215) for the base 8 GB + 128 GB variant, while the 8 GB + 256 GB, the 8 GB + 512 GB, the 12 GB + 256 GB, and the 12 GB + 512 GB variants are priced at CNY 1,799 ($255), CNY 1,999 ($285), CNY 1,999 ($285), and CNY 2,199 ($315), respectively.
