The Nitro Deck 2 is yet to begin shipping, but CRKD has announced the first limited edition variant. The Nitro Deck 2 LRG Fusion Limited Edition is the result of a partnership with the video game publisher, Limited Run Games.

Just a couple of weeks after CRKD announced the Nitro Deck 2, it has unveiled its first limited edition variant. The Nitro Deck and Nitro Deck+ received a handful of limited or special edition variants. So it is expected that the Nitro Deck 2 will receive a similar treatment. However, a limited edition this early, considering the Nitro Deck 2 isn’t expected to ship until Spring 2026, comes as a surprise.

The first limited edition Nitro Deck 2 is the result of a partnership between CRKD and, video game publisher, Limited Run Games. Called the Nitro Deck 2 LRG Fusion Limited Edition, the Nintendo Switch 2 accessory drops the boring black and white colors of the standard edition for a colorful makeover.

The left side of the Nitro Deck 2 LRG Fusion Limited Edition has a light blue translucent shell on the left, while the right side has a translucent purple shell. The back of the controller is black, while the four back buttons, just like the shoulder and trigger buttons, are pink. Written in a pink font on the back is Limited Run.

The Nitro Deck 2 LRG Fusion Limited Edition has the same $99 price tag as the standard edition. It is available to pre-order now directly from Limited Run Games and comes with a string bag and a collector’s pin. Pre-order closes on March 29, 2026, and shipping is estimated to be between April 1 and June 30, 2026.
